The “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” is designed for those who love to use every day a very good quality Balsamic Vinegar. It is obtained by slowly cooking and reducing grape must acetified with the best Wine vinegar, aged in oak barrels. The quality of grapes gives it a distinctive strength and fragrance.
We suggest that to use it on any type of salads and grilled vegetables ( cauliflower, chickpeas and chicory, but also for pumpkin, onions, green beans, fennel, carrots, tomatoes) and for cooking as a speciale ingredient.
