Banana Gabou Nectar

The name "Banana" only goes back to the XIXth century, this fruit been known since antiquity. It arrives in Europe with a great success at the end of the XXth century. The one we find on the stalls is part of the large family "Banana of the wise". The fruits are often sent in early maturation to be stored for ripening. The Banana that we have selected is Malgasy. A producer group has agreed to cooperate to ripen the fruit locally and extract the pulp. Such an organization can process a naturally maturing fruit and has less impact on the environment.
