Barbadillo Organic Sherry Vinegar Reserva
Organic production techniques have been followed for the entire process: Grape production, fermentation, wine acetification and subsequent ageing. It also adhees to all the requirements of the Sherry Vinegar Denomination of Origin.
The result is a vinegar with a bright amber colour of medium intensity. Its acetic aromas are accompanied by notes of apricot jam with a surprising freshness.
Its flavour is vinous, light, delicate and balanced with a wide range of aromatics and pleasantly long on the palate: All in all a superb vinegar which is logically suitable for any organic recipe. Simply a few drops splashed on some good fried eggs or on vegetables will transform some of our typical dishes. Try using it with crushed garlic, sea salt, peppercorns, a clove and a pinch of paprika for a delicious marinade.
