Frozen bases for peel Pizza
Made with Biga (a pre-dough made by mixing water, flour and a small quantity of fresh yeast, requiring long fermentation times, at least 20 hours) and sourdough starter, with a rectangular shape, and traditionally stretched by hand. Crispy edges, with a soft, airy core, and topped with extra-virgin olive oil. Ideal to use both as a pizza base with any kind of topping and as a focaccia, with oil and coarse salt.
Available in these versions: type "0" (210g, 230g, 500g), type "1" (900g), 7 grain (500g).
