In Azafranes la llave we have different varieties of paprika of the best quality, both sweet and spicy. Sweet paprika is traditionally used to add a light spicy aroma and its characteristic red colour to any recipe. It is also one of the bases for seasonings and marinades for meat and fish. Hot paprika is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine to prepare stews, meats, sausages and sauces. Finally, we have a variety of paprika flakes, both sweet and spicy, obtained from the crushing of the plant.
