BLACK OLIVES

The traditional and most important type of Greek Olives as it grows from many years ago and everywhere in Greece. The fruit is round to oval - shaped with consistent texture and violet or deep violet black color, which is obstained on the tree. They are fermented naturally and they are packed with brine, red vinegar and olive oil. Also they can be pitted and sliced for many purposes in the food industry.
