PREPARATION
Boil rice in plenty of salted water for 35-40 minutes. It can be served with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, grilled vegetables and – for true connoisseurs – shrimps and zucchini.

Our Black Rice Nerone comes from Italy. It is still unknown but finer than the Venere rice. Its nutritional qualities are extraordinary compared to the other varieties of black rice: twice the fibre content, 4 times the iron content and twice the silicon content, it also contains selenium and magnesium, zinc and calcium, excellent for your bones.
