Dried soft fruit is a tasty alternative to fresh berries. The drying process locks all the vitamins and antioxidants into the fruit. Dried berries are supplied by VITAZON Foods, a sister company of Sun Berry International. We use two methods to dry the fruit: Infusing with sugar. This is the usual method of drying. Infused with concentrated apple juice (AJC). This method uses concentrated apple juice as an infusion . This method utilises the natural (apple) sugars in the concentrated juice so the end result is not so sweet, but still has a full flavour. Blueberries, cherries and cranberries are all available as dried soft fruit. We have bulk packaging for restaurants, caterers and industrial processors. The fruit is packed in 10 kg boxes.
