A new take on the traditional Danish pastry. We make it with a croissant dough containing a 40 % butter-based roll-in margarine and fill it with a combination of Lord Mayor filling and vanilla cream. Supplied in a very practical baking cup for a lovely rustic look. Sprinkled with sugar crystals to add even more delicious flavour.
