Camelina oil

A small seed with huge flavour Long time forgotten, now the Camelina sativa has been rediscovered. Long ago in time of Celts the aromatic plant has been an important oil supplier: fine flavour and long durability. Protected by peas and cereals the Camelina sativa with its tender blades and small seeds is growing nowadays in organic mixed culture in Styria, in Burgenland, in Upper and Lower Austria as well as in Carinthia.
