Caperberry
Caperberries are harder than Capers and have seeds. If caper buds are not picked on time, they blossom into Caperberries. Similar to Capers, Capperberries are classified in three groups based on their sizes indicated below;
0-15 mm.
15-18 mm.
18-22 mm.
Caperberries can be prepared in brine based on customer’s request.
