Capers in brine
Capers are the edible bud of the vegetable Cappasis Spinosa, which grows naturally. Capers are classified based on their diameters as indicated below. Small size Capers tend to be more rare and valuable.

The Capers which grow naturally are handpicked and transported to our plant for processing. Upon arrival, Capers are separated based on their sizes.
Capers can be prepared as whole or as paste. Based on customer’s request, whole capers can be prepared in brine or in salt whereas Caper Paste is prepared only in brine.
