The deep frozen cauliflower florets are prepared from the immature heads of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L. The cauliflower florets are size-graded: Cauliflower 0 / 20 or alternativly 5/15 Cauliflower 20 / 40 or alternatively 15/30 Cauliflower 40 / 60 or alternatively 30/55 Cauliflower 60+ The size of a cauliflower floret is the smallest diameter of the head of the floret measured with a vernier-calliper.
