Lavender
La Llave Lavender comes from the healthy, clean and dried flowers of the Lavandula grosso plant, mauve in colour. It can be used to flavour meats, salads, or as an infusion. To prepare the Lavender infusion the procedure is very simple: immerse several flowers in boiling water, leave to steep for about 10 minutes, strain and serve. It can be consumed either hot or cold.
