Chicken BITES, chopped and shaped (POPSTERS)

A  ready-to-eat product made from chopped and shaped, uncured chicken meat, coated, flash-fried, individually flash frozen.  The shape of the product is irregular, slightly oval, weighing 7 to 9 grams.   The surface is covered with a beige coating which tightly adheres to the meat, with visible marks from the spices.  The colour of the meat is light beige with a pink typical for raw meat.  The flavour of the product after cooking is typical for coated, fried and roast chicken with a noticeable taste of the spices used.  Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur. The product is partially fried and is ready to eat after further cooking.
