Chicken STRIPS in Cornflake Coating

A fully cooked product made of chicken fillet cut into strips, tumbled in nitritr-free brine, cut into cubes, coated, fried, roasted and individually quick frozen. The shape resembles the inner fillet of chicken breast, a cylindrical strip. The surface is covered with a tightly adhering yellow coating which includes Cornflakes. The colour of the meat on cross section is light beige. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat. The texture is juicy. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur.
