Cheese Croquettes

Nos croquettes au fromage contiennent 25% de fromage; on ajoute 335g de fromage pure (emmenthal et gruyère) sur chaque kilo de pâte.

Our cheese croquettes contain 25% cheese ( Gruyère and Emmenthal) ; that is 335g of pure cheese per kg of filling. We make the filling with churned butter and farm-fresh milk, which ensures an exquisitely full flavour.
