Chicken CORDON BLEU, chopped and shaped

A semi-finished, ready-to-eat product made from chopped and shaped uncured chicken meat, filled with a slice of chicken ham and cheese analogue, coated, flash-fried and individually quick frozen. The shape of the product resembles a semi-circle with a weight of approximately 125g. The surface is covered with a yellow coating which adheres tightly to the meat.  The colour of the meat is creamy grey with a tinge of pink , the ham is light pink, and the cheese analogue is light yellow. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat. The texture is juicy. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur. This product is partially fried and is ready to eat after further cooking.
