Chicken Croquettes - frozen

Frozen home-cooked chicken croquette in different sizes, normal and mini.

The chicken croquettes are made based on a dough made with the ingredients described above, giving them a cylindrical shape, in gauge size and approximate weight of about 29/30 grams each unit and also the minis with 12 gr. They have a slightly yellow coloration with green and brown marks.

Potatoe ,cod, egg, parsley, garlic, salt. 

Frozen pre-cooked product in continuous freezing tunnel-30º C. 

Fry without defrosting with hot oil, to 180ºC, during 3-4 min. in fryier, or in 8or 9 min. in pan, or 20 min. in the oven.
