Chicken LEG, roasted
A fully cooked product from bone-in, skin-on chicken leg, roasted and idividually quick frozen. The shape of the product resembles the natural product, with meat adhering tightly to skin and bone. The colour of the surface is pale beige to light brown with visible signs of roasting. The colour of the meat on cross-section is beige with greyish tinge. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for fried and roasted chicken meat, with a slightly salty aftertaste. The texture is juicy. No visible blood markings or breakage in bones. Some slight ruptures may occur in the hock joint and the drumstick bone may be slightly revealed, with tiny patches of frost on the frozen product.
