Chicken Premium CORDON BLEU

A semi-finished, ready-to-eat product made of chicken fillet , tumbled in nitritr-free brine, coated, flash-fried and individually quick frozen. Before coating, the fillet is divided into thinner pieces, padded with a slice of chicken ham and cheese analogue, and shaped into a thin rectangle. The surface is covered with a yellow coating which adheres tightly to the meat.  The colour of the meat on cross section is light pink characteristic of raw meat, the colour of the ham is light pink, and the cheese analogue is light yellow. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat. The texture is juicy. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur. This product is partially fried and is ready to eat after further cooking.
