Chicken Premium NUGGETS

A fully cooked product made of chicken fillet, tumbled in nitrite-free brine, cut into cubes, coated, fried, roasted and individually quick frozen. The surface is covered with a yellow coating which adheres tightly to the meat. The colour of the meat on cross-section is light beige. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat, with a slightly salty aftertaste. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur on the frozen product.
