Chicken SCHNITZEL

A fully cooked ready-to-eat product made from chopped and shaped chicken meat mix,  coated, fried, roasted and individually quick frozen. The shape resembles a natural chicken breast schnitzel. The surface of the coating is light beige  is covered with a tighto golden brown. The colour of the meat on cross section is light beige. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat. The texture is fairly firm. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur.
