Chicken STRIPS, chopped and shaped

A fully cooked product made of chicken meat mix, shaped, coated, fried, roasted and individually quick frozen. The shape is regular, resembling a chicken inner fillet weighing approximately 30-45 grams.  The surface is covered with a tightly adhering  coating ranging from beige to golden brown. The colour of the meat on cross section is light beige. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for coated, fried and roasted chicken meat. The texture is firm. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur.
