Chicken WINGS, coated

A fully cooked ready-to-eat product made from prime and mid-wing without tip marinated, fully coated with a coating which adheres tighthly to the element, fried and quick frozen individually. The colour of the coating is golden with a tinge of orange, the meat is light beige to beige, typical for fully-cooked meat. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for the coating used, and for fried chiocken meat. The texture is juicy. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur on the surface of the frozen product.
