La Cesenate Chopped Tomato (Polpa) is made with perfectly ripened tomatoes, grown in our farms of Emilia Romagna region. Tomatoes are picked between July and September, cold crushed and gently processed at La Cesenate plant within maximum 10 hours. That is how the natural freshness that characterize its flavor, aroma and bright red color is preserved.

The professional format of La Cesenate Pulp is proposed in 2.5 kg and 4.15 kg cans and in 3 kg aseptic bag. It is dedicated to the horeca channel, catering, and all those who work in.
