CHORIZO CROQUETTES

Delights of Iberian sausage or frozen Iberian sausage croquettes.

Potatoe, sausage 23% (lean and pork belly, sweet and hot paprika, garlic), pasteurized egg, cheese (cow's milk, salt, guar gum stabilizer, preservative sorbic acid, lactic ferments) and salt. 

The Iberian sausageo croquettes are made based on a dough made with ingredients described above, giving a cylindrical shape. They have a slightly orange color with red notes. The chorizo croquettes are made in gauge size and approximate weight of about 26 grams the unit or also 10 gr the unit.

Frozen pre-cooked product in continuous freezing tunnel-30º C.

Automatic filling and sealing in plastic bags specially for food use grouped into corrugated boxes and palletized and shrink-wrapped in European pallet. Are available in two or more different formats.

They are stored and distributed to freezing temperature -18º C +3º C. 

Shelf-Life18 month from date of manufacture ( this is identified in the lot number that corresponds to the year/ month/ day of manufacture). 

Fry without defrosting with hot oil, to 180ºC, during 3-4 min. in fryier, or in 8or 9 min. in pan or 20 min in the oven.
