Coriander
Coriander can be found in grains, leaves or ground. It is obtained from the seeds of the Coriandrum Sativum plant, which are spherical in shape, light brown in colour and variable in size, depending on their origin. Roasted, they have a fruity aroma reminiscent of orange peel. Although traditionally used in Arabic cuisine, southern Spanish and Mexican recipes, it has now become a globalised ingredient that adds a fresh and subtle touch to any dish. It combines perfectly with mint, ginger and lemon in any dish. It is also used in infusions due to its multiple benefits for treating digestive system disorders.
All our spices can be packaged in different formats, weights, in bags or in jars, including other types of packaging according to the customer's needs.
