Type of Products Available:

1. Cocktail - Also known as thousand island dressing, our cocktail sauce is soft and creamy and made with the finest ingredients and a touch of whisky flavouring which gives it that extra taste.

2. Barbecue - Chovi´s BBQ sauce is an authentic American-style barbecue sauce with a great aroma and intense flavour. Ideal with chicken wings, pizzas, pork ribs and burgers. In particular for char-grilled meat.

3. Brava: hot sauce typical of Spanish cuisine. Made with tomatoes, vinegar and a dash of cayenne pepper.

4. Aioli: a milder version of classic aioli, made with 3% of garlic. It is a creamy sauce, made with purple garlic, a smoother garlic flavour that suits all tastes. 

5. Garlic Mayonnaise: a mayonnaise with a Mediterranean touch. Made with purple garlic (1%) and quality ingredients which give it that unique, homemade and unmistakable flavour. It brings a special touch to all those dishes where a classic mayonnaise would be used.
