Campos tuna deep-frozen at sea, maintains all the nutritious value of oily fish, natural source of Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The most succulent part of the tuna is the underside or belly of the fish. This is a delicatessen product. It comes without skin or bones and is vacuum packed. Its weight is variable and is labelled individually. Each bag has a “ventresca” in two parts and which has an average weight of 1 kg. Each box has ten bags and weighs approximately 10 kg.
