Types of Products available: 1. Coconut Oil Extra Virgin:- Our organic extra virgin coconut oil is produced on our own plantation in Sri Lanka. The entire production process, from the cultivation of the coconut palms right though to the harvesting, pressing and filtering the highest quality coconut oil, is carried out by local skilled people. The work force includes both men and women. By purchasing this product, you are helping to support the local Sri Lankan community and the just and fair work force policy we have adopted. Our plantation adheres in every way to the strict European rules on labour, hygiene and organic farming. 2. Coconut Oil Odorless:- Our organic odourless coconut oil is made from dried coconut meat, also known as copra. This version is ideal for preparing dishes where the coconut flavour and aroma is not important. The aroma has been removed by steaming at a temperature of 100 degrees C. This procedure is in line with the strict rules that govern the production of organic food – we never use chemicals. The colour of this coconut oil may vary due to it’s natural properties.
