Cod Croquettes "Minis" with Pine Nuts - frozen

 Mini cod balls or small frozen home-cooked cod croquette. 

The mini cod balls are made based on a dough made with the ingredients described above, giving them a cylindrical shape, in gauge size and approximate weight of about 12 grams each unit. They have a slightly yellow coloration with green and brown marks. 

Potatoe, cod, egg, pine nut, parsley, garlic and salt.

Frozen pre-cooked product in continuous freezing tunnel-30º C.

Fry without defrosting with hot oil, to 180ºC, during 3-4 min. in fryier, or in 8or 9 min. in pan or 20 min. in the oven.
