Types Of Product Available :- 1. Courgette Sliced-: Deep frozen sliced courgette is prepared from natural developed courgette complying with the characteristics of the species Cucurbita pepo L. The whole vegetables are cut in slices perpendicular to the axe. The slices have a thickness of 5 up to 10 mm. The diameter is determed by sizing: 20-40mm and 40-60 mm. The cut is flat or undulated. 2. Courgette Diced-: Deep frozen sliced courgettes are prepared from natural developed courgettes complying with the characteristics of the species Cucurbita pepo L. The whole courgettes are cut in dices of approximately 20 x 20 x20 mm.
