Courgette (Zucchini) Frittes

A favourite this year, A good vegetarian side made up thinly sliced courgette in batter. Drop it into hot oil or oven baked and you will have a light-as-a-feather fritter. In ventilated oven: place the product, still frozen, in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook in preheated oven at 200° C for approx. 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
