Croquettes with Serrano Ham or Ibérico Ham - frozen

Croquettes with Serrano Ham in different sizes, normal and mini.

Croquettes with Serrano Ham are made based on a dough made with the ingredients described above, giving them a cylindrical shape, in gauge size and approximate weight of about 29/30 grams each unit or for the minis 12 gr.

Potato, ham (pork ham, salt, sugar, E-331, E-301, E-252, E-250), cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, animal rennet, lactic ferments and salt), salt, black pepper and breaded without gluten (starch (pea) protein and vegetable fibers (pea), salt, flavors)

Frozen pre-cooked product in continuous freezing tunnel-30º C. 

Fry without defrosting with hot oil, to 180ºC, during 3-4 min. in fryier, or in 8or 9 min. in pan, or 20 min. in the oven.
