Crostini Crostini are large croutons, or small slices of bread, made by slicing large breadsticks which are then toasted in the oven at a low temperature until they turn golden brown. High-quality olive oil, sea salt and various herbs and spices are then added to give them a delicious yet light and delicate flavour.
