A Turnover is a traditional Danish Pastry that usually contains a delicious custard filling. Here, we combined our carefully crafted pastry with a sweet Lord Mayor filling. Topped with hazelnut flakes.

Baking instructions: Bake directly from frost in pre-heated convection oven for approx. 14-15 minutes at 190 °C. It's advisable keep the exhaust open.
