Dona Empanadas :- The empanada, present in Galician gastronomy for more than ten centuries, has remained unchanged by the passage of time, and today Dona Vaniri offers it with multiple serving formats and different fillings (tuna, meat, cod, chicken, octopus, cockles, raxo (pork tenderloin), chorizo and bacon, apple, Marinera, Campesina…), always maintaining the exquisite simplicity of its beginnings, when it was only a large round loaf, hollowed to the crust and filled with succulent stew.
