Dried Sicilian tomatoes Patè - Geraci

Savory sun dried tomatoes patè.  An intense scent of Sicilian dried tomatoes, rich and chrunchy on the palate, a tasty aftertaste.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Ingredients:

ground dried tomatoes, Geraci extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, origan; acidity regulator: lactid acid.

Pasteurization system: For immersion

Production: Craft products made from fresh raw material

Serving suggestion:

Pate spreadable on toast bristles. Great accompaniment with caprese or mozzarella cheese. Try with seasoned or spicy cheeses for an intense flavor or with a delicately cheeses for a more delicate flavor.
