Our bronze-die Tagliatelle are exclusively made of high quality durum wheat semolina and 33.2% fresh free-range eggs (=8 eggs per kg flour), without water. It is characterized by a delicate flavour and a short cooking time of only 6 - 7 minutes. Visually, the pasta nests are characterized by their intense golden yellow colour, which is achieved by the high egg content. The ingredients for this pasta are 100% Italian!
