The Czaniecki 100% durum line is pasta made from the highest quality semolina, a hard wheat flour known as durum. Our pasta contains only this flour and water in its composition. 

Durum wheat flour is valued for its nutritional properties and the culinary possibilities it offers. Thanks to the addition of durum wheat flour, the pasta remains elastic and can be used in a wide variety of dishes.
