Erbolio Geraci
Erbolio is a condiment made with extra virgin olive oil and essential oil of aromatic herbs. Sicilian olives Nocellara del Belice and sage, thyme, rosemary herbs are crushed and extracted together by the cold continuous cycle method at the same time.
Production
During pressing, aromatic herbs release into the oil their natural essences making our Erbolio a triumph of perfume and flavours. After the extraction, the oil is kept in stainless steel vats placed under nitrogen during the natural settling.
Both olives and herbs come from our country Valle del Belice, in Partanna in Sicily. Olives are picked by hand from our trees in Partanna in Sicily.
Serving use
Its best matching is with grilled meat, grilled fish, chicken and baked potatoes. Much also used on focaccia, bread and pizza as well as for their dough. Ideal on legumes and chickpeas. It is also recommended for cook fried eggs, salads and on hamburger meat.
