EVO extra olive oil

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVOO is exclusively made of olives which are gathered and selected in local Umbrian fields. The olives are worked and exclusively cold pressed by Frantoio Loreti an oil-mill in Gualdo Tadino where the innovative continuous cycle mechanical system is adopted in order to avoid any use of chemical products or refining processes and to preserve the best oil integrity and storage. The extra virgin olive oil EVOO is an Italian product, it is a food rich in vitamin E, beta carotene and polyphenols that thanks to their antioxidant characteristics protect the body’s cells from inflammatory processes and aging. Thanks to its great virtues Flea’s extra virgin olive oil has been reported on “Oli d’Italia 2019 Guide “ by Gambero Rosso where it gains “Tre Foglie Rosse” (three leaves, the maximum).
