Ingredients

Treated water, sugar 95 gr/l, carbon dioxide min.4,9 gr/l, lemon flavour 2,4 gr/l, natural lamon flavour, Vitamin C, citric acid 2,4 gr/l, conserved with Na-benthoat up to 120 mg/l. The ethanol content max. 0.5% v/v.

Organoleptic characteristics

The beverage has the sensory properties that match the type of declared

beverage.

The microbiological stability is provided with acidic environment and content of the CO2 (min. 4,9gr/l).

The short description of the Production process

The production process starts preparing of sugar solution Process which refers to the filtration. The final syrup is prepare adding the components Cola concentrate part 1 (1201) and part 2 (1202). Next proces is filling of final drink and mixing of CO2. Follows the process of putting of dates, labelling, packing,

palletising and warehousing.

Packing

PET ambalage 1.5l (6 bottles in one packing) and 0.5l (12 bottles in one packing).

Shelf life

7 months. The expiry date is marked on the plastic cap. The conditions of keeping and transporting Palletised, room temperature and dark place.

Purposes of products

For drinking, the last consumers. Special purposes (No alergens, no GMO, vulnerable consumers group etc.)
