Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Chilli

We grow the Arbequina variety in the northern region of Spain, Catalonia, in small olive orchards. There it stays for many months enjoying the Spanish sun until it is just perfecto for pressing, around November each year. Local farmers then, with mucho amor, hand-pick the olives from the trees and bring them to our mill for production.
