Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sagario (Protected Denomination of Origin “Bruzio” is born from the milling of very fine varieties of olives cultivated in the north of Calabria. It has very low acidity. It is golden-yellow coloured, with green nuances, subtle fruity aroma, fruity flavour-taste and hints of sweet almond. Particularly suitable to prepare delicious dishes and fish. It expresses “at best” his own character if used “raw”.
