Unique varieties, careful cultivation and contemporary certified management are the steps towards creating a special product, which constitute a delightful choice for everyday use.It is produced by the combination of semi-ripe and ripe olives of the Koroneiki and Athinolia varieties which are collected by hand. Within a few hours from the harvesting, through cold pressures, we reach the final product, olive oil, with low acidity of up to 0.8% which renders it extra virgin. After diligence, we proceed to further storing in stainless steel tanks.
