Cornichons-: Small pickle, great taste: since Cornichons are particularly young, they taste extra fresh and crunchy. 2. Sliced Beetroot-: Grown, harvested and processed in Lower Bavaria: that makes three good reasons for the particularly delicious, earthy-sweet flavor of our sliced beetroot. 3. Red Cabbage with Apples-: Tastes just like a Bavarian granny´s “Blaukraut”: our red cabbage with real apple bits.
