Also, a part of the wheat flour is replaced by graham flour. Since the introduction we have seen a tremendous growth in the product. Today approx. 1 out of 10 Puff Patty sold in Denmark, is a Fat Reduced Puff Patty from Humlum Brød. Humlum Fat Reduced Puff Patty is sold for both Retail and Catering.
