Our Hearts of Artichokes are born from the most tender part of the artichokes. A delicacy to bite, a joy for the palate.

Typical preserve of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, our artichokes are processed with a very low percentage of vinegar and packaged within 24 hours of harvesting.

PAIRING: Ideal in the preparation of tasty pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, as a side dish to meat or fish; the clean taste of the fresh artichoke allows it to be used also in the preparation of risottos, pasta and pasta sauces, fried like fresh artichokes.
